Ok, I am not a coffee snob, but I do hardly function without it. And some of these gourmet drip Coffee places do tend to be a bit “too hip” for me. At the same time, I cannot resist visually beautiful places. So we went and tried Jubilee Coffee and Roaster and it was great!
What can I say; the coffee was really, really nice! And more, they served these teeny-tiny Scones. Now, I used to live in Ireland for a long time, so I have eaten my fair share of them and I can say without any hesitation, that scone was delicious! I mean, I could have eaten about 5 of them!!! 😀 They came with Jam and sweetened Cream, which I thought quite cute. So there was very little to complain.
We also had the Chocolate cake and again, sooooo tasty!
Now there is not a huge Menu, but the few things that are on it are done really well!. It is also a small place with 3 Counter Seats and only 4 Tables, so expect you might have to wait. At the same time, you can sit as long as you want – work, study….
I could definitely spend a few hours there (eating their entire prep of Sweets, hahaha), so if you happen to be in the area 😉
