You might have seen this one recently, as Kipposhi Ramen has been all over the social networks with its signature blue Ramen!
Located in Shibuya, but a bit hard to find is this unique Ramen shop! It almost is a bit too fancy looking and well, it is getting famous for its blue, pink or green Ramen. They come in all colors of the rainbow and they do look stunning!
But the real question is: do they taste good?
Yes!
It just takes that split second, when you swallow your first bite to get over the fact that this is a savory dish and not a slurpy or dessert. And you are in. Tasty ramen all the way!
We ordered the blue chicken ramen ¥900 and the clear Chicken Scallop Ramen for ¥1000. The blue one was really surprisingly tasty, with a lot of flavor in the clear broth. We also love the chicken, instead of the pork. Although, it was more boiled than roasted. The Scallop Ramen was also tasty and equally photogenic!
