Noseya Ramen is another great ramen place located right next to Okubo stations south exit. So we could not wait to go check it out!
From the front, you may expect his shop to be really tiny, but to our surprise, it could seat about 10 people. Decorated with photographs and signatures from previous well-known dinners, it has this izakaya feel. And behind the counter, you will see its iconic owner with his signature headband and tattoos.
The menu is sharp, with Abura soba being the main hero. Get a ticket from the machine for 700¥ and let the chef know if you want it spicy. As they both cost the same and therefore live on the same button on the machine… Don’t forget to add some toppings at 100¥ each, you can get egg, more meat, shallots and many more. On our Picture, you see the spicy Ramen basic, with no extras.
What’s special is that you get an array of condiments to customize your bowl of ramen even further. Create your own flavor journey from the first to your last slurp. Definitely add the hot oil and we also loved the wasabi mayo!
Noseya Ramen is yet another strong contender on our lookout for the best ramen restaurant!
