% Arabica Kyoto Higashiyama is a really hip and popular coffee spot in Kyoto! Located right in the middle of the traditional quarter and a must-visit to fix that caffeine craving…
It is popular with locals and visitors alike and you will see people queuing in front, even with a typhoon approaching. So you get an Idea how nice the coffee really is here. But don’t worry, people move on quickly so the wait is usually not too long.
The space itself is minimal and quite stylish, therefore. They have a few seats inside and a coffee roastery towards the back. Nice to sit down for a minute and relaxed before you continue your Kyoto adventure.
The menu at % Arabica Kyoto Higashiyama is pretty straight forward too; coffee, coffee, and coffee. A large latte will set you back 550¥. But you will enjoy this one!
Just a few minutes walk away you will find Hōkan-ji Temple – Yasaka-no-Tou and if you are looking to do something creative, why not make your own cup or bowl at the Taiken-Kiyomizu pottery experience?!
