Do you love Gyozas?
If you are ready to try some more interesting ones, than Warashibe Gyoza is the perfect place to go to! You can choose from Cilantro, Corn cream, Hamburger steak. Or if you feel really adventurous, how about trying the Natto Gyoza?. 😛
But if you really look for something a little different, the recommendation is the Gyoza Fondue! It is a plate of Gyoza that is served with melted cheese and some salads. It did look impressive, but as we only came for a light meal we decided to get a few plates of different Gyozas instead. But looking at the other tables everyone else seemed to have ordered it and people looked like they were having so much fun!
As expected form a Gyoza Restaurant, it’s also not too expensive. With a plate of 5 pieces between 400-500Yen and the Fondue Gyoza from 2500Yen (which includes about 16 pieces and a lot of cheese)…
They do have an English Menu available, but as so often, it is slightly different than the Japanese one. Also, make sure to come early or be prepared to wait a little as tables are normally reserved and they have few counter seats only.
UPDATE: Since this Article was written, this Restaurant has become even busier, so Reservations are absolutely necessary.
I will definitely come back next time I am hungry and craving Cheese and order that Fondue! 🙂
