Looking for a place to meet with a friend I found Fukudaya and from Reviews, it seemed like the Food would be tasty! I ignored the reviews that complained about the unfriendly service and to be honest I am glad I did. Because the Food was tasty!

My Duck Soba was very nice with a generous portion of Duck and they were quick and Japanese polite. Staff does not seem to speak English and the Menu is also only Japanese, so unless you are adventurous or know what you want this might not be the place for you. Nevertheless, I would recommend this Restaurant. It is smack in the middle of Shibuya without the touristy feel and we really enjoyed our Meal

My Duck Soba was 1300Yen and my Friends Lunch Deal came to 1600Yen, but portions were generous and the free Green Tea refills were a nice touch.
