Roasted Coffee Laboratory

I have been to this place a few times before and if you want to get a great Coffee in Shibuya this might be your place!

It’s pretty spacious and has a nice outdoor seating area, which is great on a hot day. Also, it is pretty central in Shibuya, but far enough to not get that super touristy vibe.

Moreover, these guys are always extremely friendly, although they do not really speak any English. A smile and a bit of sign language do go a long way 😛

It is also one of these places where you can sit down and stay. People around us seemed to study /work on their laptops and there seemed to be a fairly mixed clientele, which I always like. It’s nice and quiet and on this rainy day, was a great place to escape the rather dreadful weather…

If you do like the Coffee, you can also buy it here and they do have little treats to go along with it 🙂

Price-wise, for a trendy looking Coffeeshop it’s actually pretty ok, with a Late at 400Yen and Cakes starting from 400Yen. But I guess the real Bargain is the Early Bird! Come before 11 am and get a Set (Coffee and Food) for about 600Yen 😉
